On January 29th 2021, Planet Hollywood Resorts opened the new Planet Hollywood Beach Resort Cancun. This is the first Planet Hollywood in Mexico, and had an investment of USD 200 millions. The hotel is located in Costa Mujeres, which is a fast-growing hotel spot located to the north of Cancun. The resort of 898 luxury suites has the concept “Vacation Like a Star” featuring Hollywood memorabilia. The resort is located at 50 minutes driving time from the Cancun International Airport.
